Sales target agreement template – There are many parts to the sales agreement and you need to make sure you know each and everyone of them because a possible client will read everything on it before writing his or her name on the dotted line.

The first component to the revenue agreement spells out that the agreement is between. You the vendor and the client or client and provide the addresses of each. This portion is pretty straightforward.

Do not change prices at this point as you won’t walk off with a signed contract from this meeting. People don’t like surprises, even if you forgot about the delivery charges or import tax; these are now your responsibility. No one is going to pay any more than what you promised in your initial meeting, that’s why it’s so important to get all the facts from all branches upfront and in writing so that you can build you proposal and stick to it without any surprises when it comes time to sign the sales agreement.

The next portion of the sales agreement will spell out the conditions of payment. Whether its 30 days after delivery of signing the contract or on monthly installments, you want to have these terms placed in the contract exactly the way you and the customer discussed and agreed upon before this stage. Payment is nothing to sneeze about. And leave nothing to chance. Make sure it’s exactly how you discussed it at the initial meeting and what they desired.
