Sales consultant agreement template – There are various parts to the revenue agreement and you should make sure you know each and everyone of them because a potential client will read everything on it before writing his or her name on the dotted line.

The first component to the sales agreement spells out that the agreement is between. You the vendor and the client or client and give the addresses of each. This portion is pretty straightforward.

Next would be the actual agreement portion of the sales agreement. Sometimes this is titled: Buy and Sale, Delivery and Installation, based on what you have just sold the new client. This section explains exactly what it is that is going to change hands and when. Do not change prices at this point as you won’t walk off with a signed contract from this meeting. People do not like surprises, even if you forgot about the shipping fees or import tax; these are now your responsibility. Nobody will pay any more than what you promised in your initial meeting, that is why it’s essential to get all the facts from all branches upfront and in writing so that you can build you proposal and stick to it with no surprises when it comes time to sign the sales agreement.

The next portion of the revenue agreement will spell out the terms of payment. Whether its 30 days after delivery of signing the contract or on monthly payments, you need to have these terms placed in the contract exactly the way you and the customer discussed and agreed upon before this point. Payment is nothing to sneeze about. And leave nothing to chance. Make sure it’s exactly the way you discussed it at the initial meeting and what they desired.
