Joint sales agreement template – There are various parts to the revenue agreement and you should be sure you know each and everyone of them because a possible client will read everything on it before writing his or her name on the dotted line.

The first component to the sales agreement spells out that the agreement is between. You the seller and the client or client and provide the addresses of each. This portion is pretty straightforward.

Next are the actual agreement part of the sales agreement. Sometimes this is titled: Purchase and Sale, Delivery and Installation, based on what you have just sold the new client. This section explains exactly what it is that is going to change hands and when. Do not change costs at this point as you won’t walk off with a signed contract from this assembly. People do not like surprises, even if you forgot about the delivery fees or import tax; these are now your responsibility. Nobody is going to pay any more than what you promised in your first meeting, that’s why it’s essential to get all the facts from all branches upfront and in writing so you can build you proposal and stick with it without any surprises when it comes time to sign the sales agreement.

The next part of the revenue agreement will spell out the conditions of payment. Whether its 30 days following delivery of signing the contract or on monthly payments, you need to have these terms placed in the contract exactly the way you and the customer discussed and agreed upon before this point. Payment is nothing to sneeze about. And leave nothing to chance. Make sure it’s exactly how you discussed it at the first meeting and what they desired.
